Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t always go according to plan, so we have made this Refund Policy to help you!

      1. WRONG AND DAMAGE ITEM:We do our absolute best to ensure that the product arrives at our customers not damaged. If you receive an item that is damaged, wrong item or missing part, please email us with proof of product received and its issue in photo and video within 48 hours.
      2. ORDER CANCELLATION: All orders made and fully paid can be amended, change or cancel within 24 hours from time and date of purchase. After 24 hours, no cancellation of orders will be allowed. Once the parcel has been shipped out from our warehouse, no cancellation or amendment of address/recipient information can be made.
      3. REFUNDS: We offer full refund or free product replacement at no cost to customer for the below scenarios: i. Parcel is lost and not trackable with proof from logistics partner. Need to be supported with proof from local logistic partner.ii. The order received is damaged, wrong item or missing parts. This need to supported with proof of product received and its issue in photo and video.
      4. We also offer free product replacement with customer only paying for shipping cost on the below scenarios: i. Parcel is shown as delivered by local logistics partner but customer claim did not receive it. ii. Parcel is not able to reach to customer due to wrong address, wrong recipient information, obstruction of road or access to customer’s address or force majeure causes.
      5. REFUNDS PROCESS: Upon any request of refund receive by our Customer Service Team, it will take 3 business days to process it and seek for approval. Once it is approved for refund, the refund will take place within 3-5 business days. You will be notified once the refund has taken place.If the refund amount is not reflected in your account or credit card yet, please do check with your bank or credit card issuing company. The fund may take some time to be officially posted.If you still have issue not able to get the refund in the next statement cycle, please do contact us.
      6. RETURN OF GOODS: We do not accept any cancellation, return of goods or refunds due to change of mind. Your action to proceed to payment is considered final and is a firm decision to purchase the product(s).
